Black Eyed Pea Salad with Garlic & Chives

2 tsp Garlic Cold Blended Paste
2 tbsp Lightly Dried Chives
1 tsp Cilantro Cold Blended Paste
1 - 2 lime(s), juiced
2 tbsp vegetable oil, or canola oil
1 Green pepper, chopped
2 Plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1 can black eyed peas, drained, rinsed
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 head Living Butter lettuce, washed and separated into cups

Whisk together garlic, chives, cilantro, lime juice and oil in medium bowl. 


Add remaining ingredients (except lettuce); toss to combine. Serve with lettuce cups.
