  • 1/3 cup honey
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Dill, Stir-In Paste
  • 2 6 oz salmon fillets
  • 4 ounces ginger snap cookies (crushed to a fine crumb)

Preparation

  • Stir together honey, lime juice and Gourmet Garden Dill Stir-In Paste.

  • Dip each salmon fillet into the Dill mixture then pat on cookie crumbs.

  • Spray the bottom of an oven dish withnonstick cooking spray, place the fillets in the dish and bake in a 350F oven for 15 minutes until the salmon is firm and cooked through.

  • Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
