- 1/3 cup honey
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Dill, Stir-In Paste
- 2 6 oz salmon fillets
- 4 ounces ginger snap cookies (crushed to a fine crumb)
Stir together honey, lime juice and Gourmet Garden Dill Stir-In Paste.
Dip each salmon fillet into the Dill mixture then pat on cookie crumbs.
Spray the bottom of an oven dish withnonstick cooking spray, place the fillets in the dish and bake in a 350F oven for 15 minutes until the salmon is firm and cooked through.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
