Gourmet Garden's Harissa Sauce is made from a blend of delicious herbs & spices: Chilli, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander seed, and caraway seed, and displays all the spicy, aromatic warmth typically associated with this Tunisian staple.

Flavour-packed, it can be used to enhance the piquancy of stews, tajines, and soups. It marries perfectly with beef, lamb, goat, chicken, or fish, and this versatile sauce can be used as a rub, spread, marinade, or dressing. Use it to add authentic zing to hummus; blend with olive oil to create a tasty dip to serve with crusty bread; or drizzle as a topping on Moroccan pizza.


Our herbs and spices are washed, chopped, and blended, within hours of harvesting, and contain no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. Pastes and sauces have a 30 day shelf life at 5oC, after opening, or 12 months at -18oC.
