Gingered Breakfast Quinoa

Serves 2
1/2 cup quinoa, rinsed
1 cup water
1 tablespoon Ginger Cold Blended Paste
2 tablespoon maple syrup
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Bring quinoa, water and Gourmet Garden Ginger to a boil in a saucepan.  Cover; reduce heat to low; cook 15 min.


Toss quinoa with maple syrup.  Serve topped with blueberries and nuts.
