Steak and Potatoes

Serves 4
25 minutes
2 x 200 gram porterhouse or scotch fillet steaks
500 grams baby potatoes
sea salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Garlic Stir-In Paste
1 tablespoon Lightly Dried Parsley
1/2 small bunch dill, finely chopped

Preheat oven to hot. Place potatoes in a roasting tin and pour over the 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle ½ tablespoon sea salt flakes. Mix well.


Roast for 20 minutes turning occasionally. 


Brush steaks with 1 tablespoon olive oil combined with Garlic Stir-In Paste. Char-grill the steaks to your liking. 


Mix together Lightly Dried Parsley, lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, Garlic and Dill and season with Salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss dressing through potatoes


Serve steak with greens and potatoes
