Gourmet Garden's Thai Seasoning has been created using a blend of Australian organically-grown herbs and spices: Lemongrass, Ginger, Coriander, and Chilli, and exhibits the zesty flavours and heady aromas associated with authentic Thai cuisine.
An essential addition in Asian style dishes, it pairs brilliantly with beef, chicken, seafood, and tofu, and can be used as a flavour base in sauces and dressings, or as a rub or marinade, to add authenticity to your culinary creations.
Our herbs and spices are washed, chopped, and blended, within hours of harvesting, and contain no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. Pastes and sauces have a 30 day shelf life at 5oC after opening, or 12 months at -18oC.
