Egg Fried Rice with Chili Pepper, Cilantro & Garlic

Serves 4
Ingredients
2 tsp Oil
2 eggs, beaten
3 cups rice, cooked, cold
1 tsp Garlic Cold Blended Paste
1 (16 oz) bag Asian vegetables, frozen or fresh
1 tbsp Cold Blended Paste Chili Pepper
1-2 tbsp Cold Blended Paste Cilantro
2 tbsp soy sauce, reduced sodium
2 spring onions, sliced
Method

Heat the oil in a wok or large non-stick frying pan. Add beaten egg and cook for 1 minute stirring until it is soft scrambled. Remove and set aside.

Add cooked rice, Gourmet Garden Garlic, asian vegetables, Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper and Gourmet Garden Cilantro and soy sauce. Toss for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked and everything is piping hot. Stir in cooked egg and serve garnished with spring onions. Click here to watch a video of this recipe
