Fish Tacos with Cilantro & Chili

Ingredients
3 limes, juiced
1 tbsp Cold Blended Paste Chili Pepper
1 tbsp Cold Blended Paste Cilantro
4 (1-1/2 lb) Halibut Fillets
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, fat-free
Nonstick Cooking Spray
1 small jalapeño pepper
8 Whole-wheat tortillas, low carb, warmed

Combine lime juice, 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper, Cilantro and black pepper in a medium bowl. Add fish to marinate in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Combine yogurt and remaining Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper in small bowl; set aside.

Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium; add jalapeno pepper; cook 2 minutes; add halibut; cook 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove fish and peppers from pan; shred fish into large pieces. Evenly divide fish among warm tortillas. Top with yogurt sauce.
