  • 1 Combine wine, olive oil, Gourmet Garden Lemongrass Stir-In Paste, Gourmet Garden Basil Stir-In Paste and Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste; mix well.
  • 2 Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add Lemongrass mixture. Seal bag and refrigerate for one hour.
  • 3 Preheat grill to High. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 2 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium or move chicken to coller part of grill. Grill 5-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degress.
