  • 3 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 80 grams frozen or fresh berries e.g. blueberries, blackberries, strawberries
  • 350 millilitres cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Ginger, Cold Blended Paste
  • Ice cubes, to serve (optional)

Preparation

  • 1 Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • 2 On a hot day, add a handful of ice cubes and serve immediately.
