Gourmet Garden Ginger Cold Blended Paste is made with aromatic, zingy ginger, grown by Australian farmers on broad-acre farms in Queensland, where with warm subtropical climate and rich soil delivers the optimum conditions for flavoursome, aromatic ginger. The ginger is harvested when its essential oils (that's the flavour, colour and aroma) are at their peak and then transported within 18 hours of harvest to our Palmwoods factory where they are washed, chopped and cold blended for fresher flavour that lasts for 4 weeks.
