Gourmet Garden Chilli Paste is made with vibrant chillies, grown by Australian farmers on broad-acre farms in Queensland, where with warm subtropical climate and rich soil delivers the perfect conditions for flavoursome, aromatic spices. The chillies are harvested when the essential oils (that's the flavour, colour and aroma) are at their peak and then transported within 18 hours of harvest to our Palmwoods factory where they are washed, chopped and cold blended for fresher flavour that lasts for 4 weeks.
