- 115 grams butter
- 30 grams granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden , Cold Blended Paste
- 2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Ginger, Cold Blended Paste
- 170 grams flour, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- icing sugar

Preparation
- 1 Pre-heat oven to 200�C/gas mark 6. Mix together the butter and sugar, then stir in the egg and Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass and Ginger.
- 2 Add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix well.
- 3 Using a teaspoon, place blobs of cookie dough onto baking paper. Bake for 7-8 minutes.
- 4 Let cookies cool and then dust with icing sugar.
