Lemon Grass Ginger Drop Cookies



  • 1 Pre-heat oven to 200�C/gas mark 6. Mix together the butter and sugar, then stir in the egg and Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass and Ginger.
  • 2 Add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix well.
  • 3 Using a teaspoon, place blobs of cookie dough onto baking paper. Bake for 7-8 minutes.
  • 4 Let cookies cool and then dust with icing sugar.
