  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Preparation

  • 1 Bring quinoa, water and Gourmet Garden Ginger to a boil in a saucepan. Cover; reduce heat to low; cook 15 min.
  • 2 Toss quinoa with maple syrup. Serve topped with blueberries and nuts.
