Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Parsley is simply a large bunch of fresh parsley, harvested when essential oils are at peak freshness, and then washed, lightly dried (just enough) and chopped to to last up to 4 weeks once opened. (Store it right in the handy click 'n stack bowl!) Because it is only lightly dried it refreshes in cooking, giving you the closest flavour, appearance and aroma to that of fresh herbs... without the wilt guilt.


Parsley is best added at the end of your cooking and is ideal in Mediterranean dishes: pasta, dressings, soups and chicken. In cooking use about 2 Tbsp (30 ml) of Lightly Dried Parsley to replace 1 Tbsp (15 ml) of fresh parsley or sprinkle according to your taste!
