  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray a small muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 2 Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll into 36 to 40 meatballs, about the size of a golf ball. Transfer all the meatballs to the baking sheet or mini muffin pans.
  • 3 Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let meatballs rest for 5 minutes. Serve with your favourite marinara sauce.
