Cilantro-Honey Glazed Salmon

  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) honey
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliters) Gourmet Garden Cilantro, Lightly Dried
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliters) Gourmet Garden Garlic, Stir-In Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) ground black pepper
  • 4 salmon filets, skinless (4 oz each)

  • 1 Heat oven to 375�F (190�C). Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray, set aside.
  • 2 In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, Gourmet Garden Cilantro, Gourmet Garden Garlic and ground black pepper.
  • 3 Lay salmon skin side down on the prepared baking sheet. Pour � of the sauce over the salmon and bake for 10 minutes. Pour remaining sauce over the salmon and bake 5 more minutes. Switch oven to broil.
  • 4 Broil salmon for 3 minutes. When serving, spoon any extra sauce from pan over the salmon.
