  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Heat oil in medium skillet. Add onions and celery; cook 12 to 15 minutes or until softened. Stir in spinach and tomatoes; remove from heat and let cool.
  • 2 Mix ground turkey, oats, water, egg, salt, Garlic Paste, Parsley and Basil Paste with vegetable mixture. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to 9x5-inch (23x13-cm) loaf pan sprayed lightly with no stick cooking spray.
  • 3 Bake 50 minutes. Brush with ketchup and bake 10 minutes longer. Cool 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
