Chilli Pork & Coriander with Fresh Asparagus

  • 80 millilitres vegetable oil
  • 800 grams pork fillet, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden Garlic Cold Blended Paste, Cold Blended Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Chilli, Lightly Dried
  • 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Thai Stir-In Seasoning
  • 150 millilitres soy sauce
  • 100 millilitres water
  • 1 bunch asparagus, cut into thirds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Coriandor, Lightly Dried
  • cracked pepper to taste

  • 1 Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Add the pork, garlic, chilli and Thai Stir-In Seasoning and then stir fry for 1 minute.
  • 2 Add coriander, soy sauce, black pepper and water and continue to stir until pork is cooked.
  • 3 Toss in asparagus.
  • 4 Serve with Thai noodles or plain jasmine rice.
