Preparation

  • 1 Pre-heat oven to 210˚C (190⁰C fan forced).
  • 2 Mix all the ingredients, except for the fish, in a bowl
  • 3 Place the whole fish onto a baking paper lined shallow baking tray and then cover with the mixture.
  • 4 Bake in oven for about 18-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and fragrant.
  • 5 Suggested serving with steamed rice and steamed Asian greens.
