Ingredients
- 500 grams chicken wing nibbles
- grams salt & pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden Lemongrass, Cold Blended Paste

Preparation
- 1 Preheat oven to 220˚C (200˚C fan forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 2 Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towel and place in a bowl.
- 3 Season well with salt and pepper. Add lemon zest, Gourmet Garden Lemongrass Paste and oil then toss well to coat evenly.
- 4 Place chicken on the prepared tray in a single layer. Spoon any residual lemon mixture left in the bowl over and roast for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
