Roasted Zesty Chicken Wingettes

  • 500 grams chicken wing nibbles
  • grams salt & pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden , Cold Blended Paste
  • 2 teaspoon oil

  • 1 Preheat oven to 220˚C (200˚C fan forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • 2 Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towel and place in a bowl.
  • 3 Combine soy sauce, Chinese rice wine, sugar and cornflour in a small bowl and stir through the vegetables.
  • 4 Season well with salt and pepper, add Gourmet Garden Zesty Lemon Paste and oil then toss well to coat evenly.
  • 5 Place chicken on the prepared tray in a single layer. Spoon any residual lemon mixture left in the bowl over and roast for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
