  • 500 grams chicken wing nibbles
  • grams salt & pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden Lemongrass, Cold Blended Paste

Preparation

  • 1 Preheat oven to 220˚C (200˚C fan forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • 2 Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towel and place in a bowl.
  • 3 Season well with salt and pepper. Add lemon zest, Gourmet Garden Lemongrass Paste and oil then toss well to coat evenly.
  • 4 Place chicken on the prepared tray in a single layer. Spoon any residual lemon mixture left in the bowl over and roast for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
