  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Garlic, Cold Blended Paste
  • 500 grams beef mince
  • 1x 170 grams can tomato paste
  • 1x 400 grams can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Mixed Herbs, Lightly Dried,
  • 500 grams dry spaghetti, cooked as per packet directions
  • Parmesan cheese

  • 1 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion, Garlic Paste and mince to pan and brown, stirring often.
  • 2 Stir through tomato paste, diced tomatoes and the Lightly Dried Mixed Herbs. Simmer for 10 mins.
  • 3 Serve with cooked spaghetti and an extra sprinkling of Lightly Dried Mixed Herbs and Parmesan cheese.
