- 1½ cups sugar
- 8½ cups water, divided
- 1 tube Gourmet Garden Lemongrass, Stir-In Paste
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
Combine sugar and 1 1/2 cups of water in a saucepan, heat to dissolve sugar to make a simple syrup.
Add Gourmet Garden Lemongrass Stir-In Paste to the simple syrup, mix well.
Combine lemon juice, simple syrup and remaining water, chill.
Serve over ice.
