- 1 Heat oil in medium skillet. Add onions and celery; cook 12-15 min. or until softened. Stir in spinach and tomatoes; remove from heat and let cool.
- 2 Combine lean ground turkey, oats, water, egg, salt, Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste, Gourmet Garden Parsley Stir-In Paste and Gourmet Garden Basil Stir-In Paste with vegetable mixture. Mix thoroughly.
- 3 Transfer to lightly sprayed loaf pan (9x5). Bake 50 minutes in 350 degree oven. Brush with ketchup and bake an additional 10 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
