  • 4 butter
  • 280 g mini marshmallows
  • 1 tbsps Gourmet Garden Ginger , Cold Blended Paste
  • 60 g dark chocolate

Preparation

  • 1 Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add marshmallows, Ginger Cold Blended Paste and cinnamon. Stirring until mixture is melted.
  • 2 Remove from heat. Add cereal; stirring to coat evenly with marshmallow mixture. Press into a greased 30 x 20 tray. Flatten into an even layer.
  • 3 Let sit for 30 minutes or until marshmallows set.
