Ingredients
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic , Cold Blended Paste
- 2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Coriander
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning*
- 1 x 400 g tin diced tomatoes
- 1½ cups beef stock
- 1 cup tomato passata
- 1 x 400 g can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 x 400 g can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 x 400 g can corn, drained
- Optional toppings
- Sour cream, grated cheese, avocado, more Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Coriander
- Homemade Taco Seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsps cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation
- 1 In a large pot over medium heat, cook beef mince until browned.
- 2 Add Gourmet Garden Garlic Paste and cook until fragrant. Stir in tomato paste, taco seasoning, and Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Coriander. Cook for 1–2 minutes.
- 3 Add diced tomatoes, beef stock, passata, beans, and corn. Stir well to combine.
- 4 Cover and simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5 Serve hot with your favourite toppings such as sour cream, grated cheese, avocado, and Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Coriander.
