- 1 In a bowl large enough to marinate the fish, combine olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, Ginger and Garlic Cold Blended Pastes, rice wine vinegar and tomato sauce.
- 2 Place the salmon in marinade and turn to coat. Set aside for 10 minutes while you prepare the accompaniments.
- 3 Pan-fry (or oven bake) the salmon over a medium heat until cooked to your liking with a sticky, caramelized sauce.
- 4 Serve with cooked rice and steamed green vegetables.
