Ingredients
- 500 g diced chicken
- 2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic , Cold Blended Paste
- 2-3 tbsp Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Parsley
- 2 heaped tbsp butter
- 3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 heaped tbsps parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation
- 1 In a small bowl, season chicken with smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Thread chicken onto skewers (5–6 small pieces per skewer).
- 2 In a small saucepan, make the sauce by melting butter and olive oil. Stir in Gourmet Garden Garlic Paste, lemon juice, parmesan, and Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Parsley. Mix well.
- 3 Set aside 2 tbsp of sauce for serving.
- 4 Air fry chicken skewers at 180°C for 8–9 minutes per side, brushing with sauce on both sides, until golden and cooked through.
- 5 Serve with the reserved sauce drizzled on top, extra parmesan, and parsley. Enjoy!
