Avocado, Tomato & Basil Salsa

  • 1 Drain diced tomatoes in a colander to remove some of their juice. Place tomato, avocado and onion in a bowl and gently stir using a fork to combine.
  • 2 Whisk together oil, vinegar, Gourmet Garden Basil and Chili Pepper and combine with chopped vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with gluten free tortilla chips or rice chips.
