Preparation
- 1 Dressing: Combine ginger, cilantro, garlic, chili pepper and lime juice. Mix thoroughly.
- 2 Combine all the remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles. Toss with dressing and chow mein noodles, if using. Serve. Tip:Cook your snap peas in boiling salted water for 2 to 3 minutes; drain; cool.This will give the snap peas a bright green color.
