- 1 Heat a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta following packet instructions.
- 2 While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Heat oil in a frying pan, add Gourmet Garden Garlic, spring onions and seafood. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3 Stir in white wine, tomatoes and tomato paste; simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Basil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 4 Drain the cooked pasta and divide between 4 serving bowls. Spoon on the sauce and serve.
