  • 1 pound (500 grams) gluten free spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mililiters) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mililiters) Gourmet Garden Garlic, Stir-In Paste
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mililiters) Gourmet Garden Basil, Stir-In Paste
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mililiters) Gourmet Garden Parsley, Stir-In Paste
  • 1 package Fresh arugula leaves
  • Parmesan or feta cheese

Preparation

  • 1 Cook gluten-free spaghetti according to package directions.
  • 2 In a large bowl add olive oil, Gourmet Garden Garlic, Basil & Parsley.
  • 3 Add 4 tablespoons (60 ml) of reserved cooking water from the spaghetti pot to the bowl and stir. Add drained spaghetti & chopped arugula leaves to the bowl, season with salt & pepper to taste. Mix well.
  • 4 Serve with freshly grated parmesan or feta cheese, if desired.
