  • 1 tablespoon (15 mililiters) light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon (30 mililiters) rice wine or white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon (10 mililiters) honey
  • 1 cup (250 mililiters) snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mililiters) Gourmet Garden Ginger, Stir-In Paste
  • 2 teaspoon (10 mililiters) Gourmet Garden Cilantro, Stir-In Paste
  • 1 bag mixed greens
  • 2 small asian pears
  • 1 small red onion

Preparation

  • 1 Make dressing, combine first 5 ingredients in a jar with a lid. Add a pinch of black pepper, if desired. Cover; shake to combine.
  • 2 Blanch snow peas in boiling water until they turn bright green, but are still crisp. Refresh in cold water and drain.
  • 3 Slice pear, core and cut into sticks.
  • 4 Combine mixed greens, snow peas, pears and onions in a bowl. Shake dressing; add to salad. Toss together.
