  • 1 can (540 milliliters) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 jalape�o pepper, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1 large red pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 3 tablespoon (45 milliliters) Gourmet Garden Cilantro, Lightly Dried
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) Gourmet Garden Garlic, Stir-In Paste
  • 1 avocado, seeded, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups (500 milliliters) baby spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 small lime, juiced
  • 3 tablespoon (45 milliliters) olive oil

Preparation

  • 1 Combine corn, black beans, jalapeno and red pepper in large bowl.
  • 2 Stir in Gourmet Garden Cilantro and Gourmet Garden Garlic.
