- 1 tasp cinnamon
- 7 cups rice bubbles
- 60 grams dark chocolate

- 1 Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add marshmallows, 2 teaspoons ginger and cinnamon. Stirring until mixture is melted.
- 2 Remove from heat. Add cereal; stirring to coat evenly with marshmallow mixture. Press into a greased 30 x 20 tray. Flatten into an even layer.
- 3 Let sit for 30 minutes or until marshmallows set.
