Chocolate Rice and Ginger Marshmallow Treats


Ingredients 16 Servings

  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 280 grams mini marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Ginger , divided, Lightly Dried,
  • 1 tasp cinnamon
  • 7 cups rice bubbles
  • 60 grams dark chocolate

  • 1 Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add marshmallows, ginger and cinnamon. Stirring until mixture is melted.
  • 2 Remove from heat. Add cereal; stirring to coat evenly with marshmallow mixture. Press into a greased 30 x 20 tray. Flatten into an even layer.
  • 3 Let sit for 30 minutes or until marshmallows set.
