  • 2 lbs ground chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Chives, Lightly Dried
  • 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Italian Herbs, Stir-In Paste
  • 2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Garlic, Stir-In Paste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • marinara sauce

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray a small muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll into 36-40 meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.

  • Transfer all the meatballs to the baking sheet or mini muffin pans. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F degrees.  Let meatballs rest for 5 minutes.

  • Serve with your favorite marinara sauce.
