  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups snow peas
  • 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Preparation

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat until shimmering. Add snow peas, onion and bell pepper; stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes until tender-crisp.

  • Stir in soy sauce, Garlic and Ginger Paste. Bring to boil.

  • Add shrimp. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes, just until shrimp turn pink. Serve over steamed rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
