Easy Shrimp Stir-Fry

  • 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat until shimmering. Add snow peas, onion and bell pepper; stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • 2 Stir in soy sauce, Garlic and Ginger Paste. Bring to boil.
  • 3 Add shrimp. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes, just until shrimp turn pink. Serve over steamed rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
