  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Italian Herbs, Lightly Dried
  • 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Roasted Garlic, Stir-In Paste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper, such as McCormick
  • ½ cup ketchup

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients, except ketchup in large bowl. Shape into 4 mini loaves on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Top each loaf evenly with ketchup.

  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through.
