  • 2 small onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Garlic, Stir-In Paste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 lb lamb chops, bone removed and meat cut in strips
  • 1 head bok choy, chopped into 1 in. pieces
  • ½ lb asparagus, cut in 1 in. pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Basil, Stir-In Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper, Stir-In Paste
  • 2 tablespoon hoisin
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce

  • Stir-fry onion and Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste in a large skillet with oil.

  • Add lamb strips. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through. Add bok choy and asparagus to pan and cook, stirring, until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

  • Stir Gourmet Garden Basil Stir-In Paste, Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper Stir-In Paste, hoisin sauce and soy sauce into pan and cook stir until well blended.
