  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta, uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

Preparation

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.

  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 minutes or until softened. Stir in Garlic Paste; cook 1 minute. Add wine; bring to boil. Simmer until reduced by half. Stir in crushed tomatoes, Oregano Paste, Basil, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes.

  • Stir in black olives and cooked pasta. Garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese and additional Basil, if desired.
