Preparation
- 1 Combine lemon juice, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, Gourmet Garden Basil Stir-In Paste, Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste and Gourmet Garden Parsley Stir-In Paste in a food processor and blend until roughly chopped. With motor running add olive oil; blend until smooth.
- 2 Pan fry cubed chicken breast in olive oil; set aside.
- 3 Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain.
- 4 Combine chicken, pesto and pasta. Mix well and top with Parmesan cheese if desired
