  • 1 package Gourmet Garden™ Stir-Fry Skillet Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs substitution IngredientsList_SubstitutionsAvailable
    • boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 4 cups stir-fry vegetables
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cups hot cooked white rice

  • 1 Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 5 minutes. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 4 minutes or until tender crisp.
  • 2 Stir in Skillet Sauce, water and soy sauce. Return meat to skillet. Cook 1 minute longer or until sauce is slightly thickened and meat is cooked through. Serve with rice and sprinkle with sliced green onion, if desired. Test Kitchen Tips: • Use vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, green beans and onions
