Dill & Parsley Potato Salad

  • 1 Steam or microwave the potatoes just until fork tender.
  • 2 Mix mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, Parsley Paste and Lightly Dried Chives in large bowl.
  • 3 Toss warm potatoes in dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or refrigerate and serve cold.
