  • 1½ lb new potatoes, quartered
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 tablespoon sliced chives
  • 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Parsley, Stir-In Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Dill, Stir-In Paste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Steam or microwave the potatoes until just tender.

  • Combine lemon zest, lemon juice, mayonnaise, Gourmet Garden Parsley Stir-In Paste and Gourmet Garden Dill Stir-In Paste to make a dressing.

  • Toss warm potatoes in dressing with chives. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or refrigerate and serve cold.
