Glass Noodle Salad



  • 1 Place sweet chilli sauce, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, lime zest & juice and Gourmet Garden South East Asian Seasoning into a lidded jar, seal and shake to combine. Set aside.
  • 2 Soak noodles in hot water according to packet instructions. Drain well, and transfer to a large bowl.
  • 3 Add remaining salad ingredients to noodles and toss together with chopped chicken
  • 4 To serve pour over dressing and garnish with sesame seeds.
