Pat edamame dry with paper towel. Set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat until shimmering. Add edamame. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, only stirring once every 30 seconds, until edamame pods are evenly charred.
Stir in jalapeno, lime juice, Garlic and Ginger paste. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes until heated through. Serve immediately. Garnish with flaked sea salt, if desired.
