- 1 Whisk all ingredients together except chicken.
- 2 Preheat grill to medium. Place chicken skin side up on indirect heat. Grill for 25-30 minutes. Brush with Bourbon Ginger glaze; flip and brush bottom with glaze. Grill for 10-15 more minutes or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove from grill; let rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
