  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden™ Lightly Dried Organic Ginger, Lightly Dried
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 6 bone-in, split chicken breasts

  • 1 Whisk all ingredients together except chicken. 
  • 2 Preheat grill to medium. Place chicken skin side up on indirect heat. Grill for 25-30 minutes. Brush with Bourbon Ginger glaze; flip and brush bottom with glaze. Grill for 10-15 more minutes or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove from grill; let rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
