Preparation
- 1 Mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, Jalapeno Paste and Garlic Paste in large bowl. Shape into 4 patties, using thumb to press an indentation into the center of each.
- 2 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Cook burgers 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, adding cheese to burgers during last 1 minute of cooking.
- 3 Place arugula leaves on bottom bun, top with burger, tomato and avocado . Serve immediately with desired condiments.
