Cilantro-Honey Glazed Salmon

  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Cilantro, Lightly Dried
  • 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Garlic, Stir-In Paste
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 4-oz salmon filets, skinless

  • Heat oven to 375F. Coat a baking sheet with no stick cooking spray, set aside.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Cilantro, Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste, salt and ground black pepper.

  • Lay salmon skin side down on the prepared baking sheet. Pour ½ of the sauce over the salmon and bake for 10 minutes. Remove salmon from oven and pour remaining sauce over top; bake 5 more minutes. Switch oven to broil.

  • Broil salmon for 3 minutes. When serving, spoon any extra sauce from pan over the salmon.
