Preparation
- 1 Heat oven to 375F. Coat a baking sheet with no stick cooking spray, set aside.
- 2 In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Cilantro, Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste, salt and ground black pepper.
- 3 Lay salmon skin side down on the prepared baking sheet. Pour ½ of the sauce over the salmon and bake for 10 minutes. Remove salmon from oven and pour remaining sauce over top; bake 5 more minutes. Switch oven to broil.
- 4 Broil salmon for 3 minutes. When serving, spoon any extra sauce from pan over the salmon.
