- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix Ginger, Garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar and tomato sauce in small bowl. Place salmon in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turning gently to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- 2 Remove salmon from marinade and discard any remaining marinade. Place salmon on foil- or parchment-lined shallow baking pan.
- 3 Roast salmon 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
